So, for $115,000 I can modify some things for you. Meaning I will rebuild certain parts to fit your ideal concept. For instance, if you don't want the shower, I'll turn it into a closet. Please just be within reason.
For $110,000 I will modify 1 thing for you and of course clean it all up and prep it.
For $105,000 I will clean and prep it and she's all yours as is.
Anything lower, I don't wish to take those offers as of now.

Also, feel free to ask me anything or facetime me so we can go over everything and settle any concerns.
